SIDBI Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Phase I – Online Screening Examinationयह सभी पदों के लिए एक Qualifying Exam है। यह एक Objective Test होता है, जिसका कुल अंक 200 Marks होता है।
- Structure – कुल 7 Sections होंगे –English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, MSME Framework, और Stream-Specific Test।
- Duration-120 minutesShortlisting: उम्मीदवारों को Merit Sections (General Awareness, MSME Framework, और Stream-Specific Test) में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर Phase II के लिए शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा
- Phase II – Online Main ExaminationPhase I क्लियर करने वाले उम्मीदवार इस मुख्य परीक्षा (Main Examination) में शामिल होंगे।
- Final Merit List मुख्य रूप से इसी चरण के प्रदर्शन पर आधारित होगी। इसकी Structure stream के अनुसार भिन्न होती है
- General Stream (Grade A & B):Paper I: Descriptive English Test (Essay, Précis, Comprehension, Business Correspondence) 75 Marks, 75 minutes

- Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ के लिए:न्यूनतम आयु 21 वर्ष और अधिकतम आयु 30 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।(वे उम्मीदवार योग्य हैं जिनका जन्म 14.07.1995 से लेकर 15.07.2004 के बीच हुआ है।)
- Manager Grade ‘B’ के लिए:न्यूनतम आयु 25 वर्ष और अधिकतम आयु 33 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।(वे उम्मीदवार योग्य हैं जिनका जन्म 14.07.1992 से लेकर 15.07.2000 के बीच हुआ है।)
