CCI Recruitment 2025: Engineer, Officer और Analyst के पदों के लिए Notification जारी | अंतिम तारीख: 12 जुलाई 2025 सीमेंट कॉर्पोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड (CCI), जो कि एक प्रतिष्ठित Central Government PSU है, ने ADVERTISEMENT No. CO/04/2025 के तहत अपनी नई भर्ती का Notification जारी कर दिया है।

CCI Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualification

• शैक्षणिक योग्यता और अनुभव (Educational Qualification & Experience) Engineer (Production):Full-time Engineering Degree in Chemical / Cement Technology / Ceramic या संबंधित fields में, या फिर M.Sc. in Chemistry / Materials Science होना चाहिए।
• कम से कम 2 साल का experience जरूरी है cement या similar process industries के operation और maintenance में। Engineer (Mechanical):Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial & Production / Mechatronics या related field.
• Heavy machinery की operation और maintenance में 2 साल का अनुभव, preferably in cement industry।
• Engineer (Civil):Full-time Bachelor’s Degree या Diploma in Civil Engineering. कम से कम 2 साल का hands-on experience चाहिए in structural design, project execution, या industrial infrastructure maintenance में।
• Engineer (Mining):Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mining / Opencast Mining या related areas + First या Second Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency (MMR-1961 के अनुसार)।
• Minimum 2 years का experience होना चाहिए quarry management in open-cast mechanized mines में।
• Engineer (Instrumentation / Electrical):Full-time Engineering Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics या संबंधित discipline।
• Electrical systems, switchyards, और process instrumentation के maintenance में 2 साल का अनुभव जरूरी है।
• Officer (Material Management):Full-time Engineering Degree या फिर Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management।
• कम से कम 2 years का experience चाहिए procurement, vendor management, inventory control में। Officer (Marketing):Full-time Engineering Degree + MBA in Marketing या Diploma / BBA in Marketing।
• Qualification के अनुसार 1 से 2 साल का experience चाहिए sales, market development और channel management में।
• Analyst (Finance & Accounts):CA Inter / ICWA Inter या फिर full-time 2-year MBA in Finance।
• Manufacturing industry या PSU में finance & accounts का minimum 2 साल का अनुभव चाहिए।
• Officer (Human Resource):Full-time 2-year MBA / PG Degree / Diploma / MSW in HR / Personnel Management।
• HR, IR और administrative functions में कम से कम 2 years का अनुभव होना जरूरी है। Officer (Company Secretary):Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) की membership होना जरूरी है।
• Company secretarial functions में कम से कम 2 साल का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
• Officer (Rajbhasha Adhikari):Hindi में Post-Graduation + English graduation level पर subject के रूप में (या vice-versa)।Hindi-English और English-Hindi translation का अनुभव जरूरी है।

CCI Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

• CCI Recruitment 2025 के लिए selection process पूरी तरह से comprehensive होगा, ताकि सबसे योग्य candidates को identify किया जा सके।Shortlisting:सभी applications को scrutinize किया जाएगा, और candidates को उनके qualification और experience के आधार पर shortlist किया जाएगा, जैसा कि उन्होंने application form में बताया है।
• Interview:Shortlisted candidates को personal interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। इस interview में उनकी domain knowledge, skills, और role के लिए suitability assess की जाएगी। Written Test / Group Discussion (यदि आवश्यक हो):अगर किसी एक post के लिए applications की संख्या बहुत ज़्यादा हो जाती है, तो CCI reserve करता है अधिकार कि वह एक Written Test या Group Discussion conduct करे, ताकि interview के लिए और shortlisting की जा सके।
• Medical Examination:Interview के बाद shortlisted candidates को medical examination से गुजरना होगा, जो कि किसी Government Hospital के Chief Medical Officer (CMO) द्वारा किया जाएगा। Medical fitness CCI के standards के अनुसार जरूरी है।
• Document Verification:Candidates के original documents verify किए जाएंगे ताकि उनकी eligibility confirm की जा सके। किसी भी तरह की discrepancy होने पर disqualification हो सकता है।

CCI Recruitment 2025 Salary And Other Benefits

• CCI क्या ऑफर करता हैSelected candidates को fixed-term contract basis पर रखा जाएगा और उन्हें एक competitive remuneration package मिलेगा।
• Remuneration (वेतन):Consolidated Contractual Fee: ₹40,000 per monthAnnual Increment: हर एक successful year के बाद 5% का वार्षिक इन्क्रीमेंट मिलेगा
• Other Benefits (अन्य सुविधाएं):
• Accommodation / HRA:अगर posting Units में होगी, तो accommodation provided किया जाएगा (availability के अनुसार)अगर posting Corporate / Regional / Zonal Offices में होगी, तो ₹10,000 प्रति माह HRA के रूप में मिलेगा।
• Medical Facilities:Self के लिए IPD medical facility मिलेगी, as per CCI rules
• Leave:हर साल 20 days leave मिलेगा।

CCI Recruitment 2025 Age Limit

• ज़्यादातर पदों के लिए upper age limit 35 years रखी गई है। जबकि Analyst (Finance & Accounts) पद के लिए upper age limit 40 years है।Age relaxation सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार लागू होगी:SC/ST के लिए: 5 साल की छूटOBC (Non-Creamy Layer) के लिए: 3 साल की छूटPersons with Disabilities (PWD) के लिए: उनके category relaxation के अलावा अतिरिक्त 5 साल की छूट आयु की गणना 12 जुलाई 2025 को आधार मानकर की जाएगी।
