- Shortlisting: Candidates को उनकी educational qualifications और उनके coursework की DRDE के research areas से relevance के आधार पर shortlist किया जाएगा।
- Interview (अगर जरूरत पड़ी तो): अगर applications बहुत ज्यादा हुए तो telephonic interview या video conferencing (VC) के ज़रिए एक short interaction हो सकता है ताकि candidate की suitability और interest को और अच्छे से assess किया जा सके।
