MANAGE Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Stage I: Objective-Type Written Testसभी posts के लिए यह first stage होगी। यह एक objective-type test होगा जिसमें हर गलत जवाब के लिए 0.25 negative marking होगी।
- UDC, Steno & MTS के लिए:इस test में 100 questions (100 marks) होंगे, जो General English, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, और General Awareness से होंगे। Total duration 90 minutes होगी।
- Junior Technical Assistant के लिए:इस test में 75 questions (75 marks) होंगे — General Knowledge से 25 marks और Subject Matter से 50 marks। Test की duration 60 minutes होगी।—Stage II: Skill TestStage I written test qualify करने वाले candidates को Stage II skill test के लिए shortlist किया जाएगा। Number of candidates post और category के हिसाब से 1:6 या 1:12 के ratio में बुलाए जाएंगे।
- Junior Stenographer: Shorthand English Test (80 WPM) और Typewriting Test (30 WPM)।
- Upper Division Clerk: English में 30 WPM की typing speed का computer पर Typewriting Test।
- Junior Technical Assistant: Basic Internet, Computer और Networking skills assess करने के लिए 25 marks का practical test।
- Multi-Tasking Staff: Suitability check करने के लिए एक skill test होगा।—Final Merit List:Final merit list Stage-I written exam के marks के base पर तैयार होगी, लेकिन Stage-II skill test qualify करना जरूरी होगा।
